Actions from April
Committee Meeting
These are the main
ones and some are urgent. The full
minutes will follow
Control stakes etc.
We agree to the
purchase of additional equipment as needed by the Twin peak planners. This particularly includes stakes and
holders for si boxes. There was
some discussion about the best type and source of stakes and how number should
be fixed to make them visible from both sides. The stakes used for the JK in Scotland were mentioned and it
was reported that suitable ones were available from Sport Ident. Committee approved a maximum budget of
£2,000 to cover the cost of purchasing this equipment as we should try to
ensure that our planners lives are not made unnecessarily difficult. We also recognised that the planners
may need assistance in preparing or putting out the controls.
