I will O sign the route from the Carr Brow junction with the main road (i.e  the sharp right bend at the top of High Lane when going to Lyme Park) and an O flag will be at the end of Bramway and at my house which is at the bottom on the left.

 

I will have several courses for you to try from Long and Hard i.e Mellor Cross and Lyme Park to gentler and shorter ones using the canal (no locks) and Middlewood Way

I will have copies of the 1:25000 map blown up to either 1:15000 or 1:10000 and I can give advice on most of the footpaths as I have been checking things out on runs totalling 40k+ over the last two days.

 

I have told the Finnish Caterer that upto 30 people will be attending so everyone is welcome and please make an effort to come otherwise my diet will go to pot.
