Good morning.
Our club's president, Frank Rose, was 90 on 2nd August. To mark the occasion, Frank is joining us for a celebratory run (and buffet supper) from our house in Bramhall this Wednesday 7th August.
All club members past and present are welcome, but please let me know if you are coming for catering purposes (contact details below).
Usual format: Runners set off at 7pm in 2-3 groups according to distance/speed. There is also a walking group for those not running.
Food from 7.45pm.
