This MDOC Regional event is now only two week this Sunday, so I am calling for entries and helpers. As an added incentive, this race will be the first in the 2019 Club Championships. Some entrants may be delaying because they would like more course details, so I list the provisional course lengths and climbs below. Some would like to know about the weather - but I can't help there, sorry! Entry is via Fabian4 ( http://www.fabian4.co.uk/default.aspx?EventID=2252 ) with limited entry on the day and the helpers' code for those pre-entering is s46x34 to ensure you get the discount (remember to use the "recalculate fees" button before paying).

Please pre-enter even if you are not able to help and I hope to have enough helpers that all who want to can run. If you want to help but not run, please email me. All helpers are invited to tell me which jobs they would prefer. In particular please indicate if you are a qualified First-Aider (I need to attach a name to that role on the Risk Assessment.) I no longer need people to put out controls, but EOD registration, information, download, start, finish, marshalling and car parking, and control collection are available! Car parking in particular may need more bodies than usual because we are using two different car parks.
