Three Options To Fit Your Schedule!

Step 1:

If you’re a family caregiver or your business does not appear as an option, you must
select ‘unknown business.’

When you click submit and the form is successfully processed, you will see a
green ‘thank you/success’ message pop up on the top of your screen, and you’ll receive an automated email confirmation. If you’ve submitted a registration, but
have not received a confirmation (or if you’d prefer to register by phone), please
call 715.645.2925.

Step 2:
After completing Step 1, please read through the following options to determine next steps in registration.

If you’re a family caregiver within the 14-county coverage area of our caregiver coalitions (Barron, Rusk, Washburn, Sawyer, Bayfield, Ashland, Iron,
Douglas, Burnett, Polk, St. Croix, Pierce, Dunn, St. Louis-MN), our conference sponsors will be covering the cost of your registration. No other action is needed.

For professionals who need to register for CEU hours or those caregivers who are outside our 14-county coverage area (see list above), please

The live sessions will be offered via WITC’s online video conferencing platform, Blackboard Collaborate, which is easy to navigate and use! There is nothing
to download or install on your computer prior to the conference.
·
Additional directions and log-in link will be provided prior to the conference via email. If you would prefer to view the presentations by recorded video,
an email will be sent to you with the video links, and you will have access for 60 days to view them at any time.
·
If you plan to attend the
live presentations on Thursday or Friday, Jan. 28th or 29th, the deadline to register is Tuesday, Jan. 26. Log-in materials and resources will be emailed to you mid-day on Wednesday, Jan. 27th.
