I was so fortunate to have been schooled by Judy when I first came to the work for the state back in 2003. Her passion, empathy and insight into the lives of those served by Community Options and other Long Term Care programs was evident in her teaching and touched me as it did may others. She will always be remembered by me as one of the kindest people to walk the halls of 1 West Wilson. She joins a select group of “better angels” to be called upon to guide our work.
