Hi all,

I received the attached flyer for a couple of studies from the Medical College of WI that I thought I’d pass on in case anyone on the list would like to distribute it to folks you work with.

Thanks,

Good Afternoon,

I’m excited to share information about two of our research studies developed to address the health needs of older minority adults. One study provides free COVID-19 testing (includes antibody test for free) along with COVID prevention education sessions; and the 2nd provides education for individuals with uncontrolled type 2 diabetes. I would like to ask if you and your team might kindly distribute the attached flyer to individuals on your mailing/contact lists? I am happy to speak with you or a member of your team about both studies in more detail and to answer any questions you might have. Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing from you!

Thank you,

Aprill
