AB 114, the bill that would allow OCI to start regulating Pharmacy Benefit Managers, passed out of Senate Health today and now awaits scheduling by Senate Organization.  The Senate Floor vote is the last step before the bill is sent to the Governor.  We are down to seven targets at this point (see below).  We are asking people to contact these Senators and urge them to vote concurrence on AB 114.  We really want a unanimous vote on the Senate floor just as we had in the Assembly so we are going to keep pushing hard until passage.  Any help people can provide is appreciated!
