No there hasn't. Janice was willing to edit the issue but we had very little material so we decided to skip this year.

The main problem these days is getting people to write stuff. Everyone likes to read interesting articles but very few people are willing to put in the effort to write them. The proliferation of websites and mailing lists means that much of the effort goes there.

Denis has been doing a grand job trying to encourage authors but I'm sure he would be happy to have some help if anyone else is interested in getting involved.
