Denis Buczynski, Tarbatness, reports that he has measured the magnitude
of 12P tonight (Feb 21.83) and gets 10.2 in a 9 arcsec aperture. This is
around 0.7 mags brighter than the trend line and so it looks as if this
is another small outburst.

The previous observations I have are from Peter Tickner on Feb 19.78 and
myself on Feb 19.80 when the comet was 10.8.

Does anyone have any data between Feb 19.8 and 21.8 and can anyone else
confirm the current magnitude?
