I have re-reduced your Dec 31.77 image using my standard Astrometrica
config with a 12 pixel radius aperture (9.3 arcsec reported by
Astrometrica) and get 13.28. This is close to my estimate of 13.25
obtained from Chelmsford in a cloud gap an hour earlier.

The latest lightcurve is attached. Thanks to everyone who has submitted
data. There was no significant outburst but there is some evidence for a
small brightening around Dec 29 with estimates from three observers (Me
from I79, Dave Storey from Z30 and Jas Madhavan from U69) showing
magnitudes of 13.15, 13.13 and 13.16 respectively with measurements of
13.4 on the previous and subsequent nights. If you have any images taken
during this period please let me know.
