Denis Buczynski, Tarbatness, reports that 12P is in outburst again. He
gets a g magnitude of 12.9 from an image taken at Oct 31.76. Francois
Kugel also reports the outburst at Oct 31.74.

Richard Miles reports that the Comet Chasers group have a measurement of
15.87G at Oct 31.19.
