CBET 5091 notes that periodic comet P/1997 B1 (Kobyashi) has been
recovered around 0.5 deg west and 0.25 deg N of the predicted position.
It is also around 2 magnitudes fainter than prediction. The latest
elements can be downloaded from the MPC (reference MPEC 2021-AG4).

This comet has been within a degree of 67P for the last few nights and
it is worth checking images in case you have picked it up. It is visible
at mag 19.4 around 14 arcmin south of 67P in my image of January 9th:
