Morning all,

Firstly, thank you to everyone for your observation reports on the
wonderful C/2020 F3 (NEOWISE). I don't think any of us expected it to be
this good. At last I have managed to get a decent comet during my
directorship! For those of you who haven't seen it yet, I hope the
weather cooperates soon. I was lucky enough to have three all-night
sessions on it over the weekend but was thankful that it was raining
last night so that I could get some sleep!

Just a note about posting images to this list. There is a size limit of
1.6 MB on mails so images larger than 1MB are likely to be blocked until
I can get around to releasing them. The best approach is to post a link
to your full-sized image if you can. By all means include a smaller
version of the image in the mail if it shows an unusual feature or
something that you want to comment on.

Routine (if any images of C/2020 F3 can be called routine!) images
should be submitted to the archive in the normal way. Details of how to
