Hi Nick
I imaged 12P about at the same time. I do not use an astrometric software, but I can compare the nuclear magnitude with the magnitude of unsaturared field stars using the Skymap database. This is what I get:
12P nuclear (square 26x26'') magnitude between October 31.724 and
October 31.791. C11+reducer+ZWO ASI 1600MM PRO, no filters, frames

Denis Buczynski, Tarbatness, reports that 12P is in outburst again. He
gets a g magnitude of 12.9 from an image taken at Oct 31.76. Francois
Kugel also reports the outburst at Oct 31.74.
Richard Miles reports that the Comet Chasers group have a measurement of
15.87G at Oct 31.19.
If you have any observations between these two times please report them
to the section.
